Goodbye 2007

I’m done trading/investing for 2007 and looking forward to 2008. I’ve been researching stocks for next year and have some good ones in my watchlist. Since I made my first purchase on 10/04/2007, the portfolio increased from $10,000 to $10,790.54 or almost 8% gain in 3 months. I had 4 profitable trades, 2 losers, and 2 break even. My goal is to gain 10% (conservative) for 2008.

ADCT (BOUNCE Pattern: Short)

CALM (BOUNCE PATTERN: BUY)

CALM showed nice buying opportunity today. BOUNCE Pattern on the ADX indicator with hammer type candlestick from last month. Stop loss at $21.03.

UPDATE: CME

I sold 3 shares of CME, and it closed at an all-time high. My plan was to sell all or partial after CME failed to close strong. I know in the long run it will save me lot of money by following my plan.

CME (BOUNCE Pattern: BUY)

   CME showing BOUNCE Pattern on the weekly chart. I don’t like how the CME closed though, so I plan on either selling all or partial shares. My stop will be placed low of last month. 

NATL (BOUNCE Pattern: BUY)

BOUNCE Pattern on daily chart. Also, the previous three bars were hammer-type bars.  The volume was higher today, and would like to see more on coming days.
